Medicprint.com, does not rent, sell, or share personal information about its customers with other people or third parties except to provide products or services requested.

Medicprint.com uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfil customer's requests for products and services, to manage customer account, to improve our services, and to contact customers where permission has been given to do so.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information that we have.

Order Fulfillment

Medicprint.com aims to ship goods ordered on the website within 5 working days, however goods may take up to a 14 days in the event of delay in the supply chain. If an item is not going to be delivered within this period, Medicprint.com will inform the customer and they will have the option of a full refund. Some items are Special Delivery and can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. In such cases this information is clearly visible on the website.

All products are subject to availability. If for any reason we determine that an item will no longer be available, we will notify customers who have ordered the product immediately by e-mail, delete the item from our catalogue, and refund the customer in full, or they may choose an alternative product of the same value.

Medicprint.com shall have no liabilities to customers for any failure to deliver a purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation and Returns

Customers may cancel an order by informing Medicprint.com via email, using the 'Contact Us' form on the Medicprint.com website, or in writing any time up to fourteen days from the day after delivery if they are not satisfied for whatever reason with the product or service. Once the return has been authorised, the customer is to return the goods to the supplier in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. The total amount charged to the customer's account, minus the postage and packaging fee in the case on an unwanted good, will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing the customers name, the date of order and the order number, and the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods.

Should a customer receive damaged or defective item, we will offer a choice of a prompt replacement, a full refund, or an alternative item of the same value. Medicprint.com will provide information on how to return the goods. Damaged or defective products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and customers will not be charged for the postage costs of returning the product or any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

We regret that CDs, audio and video cassettes and DVDs cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

Medicprint.com accepts no responsibility for the return of goods that have not been recorded by the customer.

Pricing Policy

All prices are displayed on the website inclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to change. Book prices are updated on a weekly basis. Catalogue prices are updated on a monthly basis and are based on similar products that are available in catalogues distributed in the U.K and take into account relevant delivery costs.

Price Guarantee

Medicprint.com makes every effort to ensure that all prices offered on the website are a minumum of 10% less than the RRP. In the unlikely event that an item is sold for less than this minimum discount, the customer will be reimbursed with the difference between that charged and the RRP minus 10% if Medicprint.com is informed within 28 days of the purchase.

Technical and Sales Support

All support which a customer requests prior or subsequent to placing an order through Medicprint.com, will be administered via an email support service. All queries will be responded to in a reasonable time period. Phone support will not necessarily be provided at any stage.

Member Account, Password and Security

The customer will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Medicprint.com registration process. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account. As part of these Terms and Conditions, customers agree to (a) immediately notify Medicprint.com, of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session. Medicprint.com, cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a customer's failure to comply with these conditions.

'Tell your Friends' Free P&P Promotional Codes

This offer is only valid when a registered member of Medicprint.com refers the email address of an unregistered student via the Medicprint.com website. The unregistered student will receive a promotional code by email. Upon placing their first order, the referree will be sent a 'thank-you' promotional code for use on their next order.
All promotional codes are to the value of £2.50, and are valid to the end of the current academic year, on minimum orders of £5. Promotional codes have no other monetary value. Only one referral promotional code is valid per customer, however the referree is eligible to receive a number of promotional codes if he/she refers more than one unregistered student. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and is not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotional code (it is however valid with special offers as advertised on the website and other promotional material.

Ordering through a Medicprint Rep

When a customer orders a product from a Medicprint Rep, the contract exists between the Rep and the customer, and Medicprint.com cannot be held responsible for the distribution of goods once the rep has received the correct order placed through the website. The Cancellations and Returns policy exists for customers that order through a rep, although the 14-day return period begins once the goods have been delivered to the Rep regardless of when the customer receives them.

Any student using a Medicprint Rep Order code, which entitles them to receive discounts of their order and commission on that order, accepts these terms of service through the use of the Medicprint Rep Order code. It is the Rep's responsibility to distribute goods purchased on behalf of others in a timely manner, and they bear full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods once they have been delivered in a good condition to the Rep.

The Rep accepts that the use of a Medicprint Rep Order Code or Commission Code can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Medicprint.com. The Rep is not entitled to any renumeration other than commission earned through the appropriate use of a Medicprint Rep Order Code, and is not entitled to expenses unless agreed in advanced in writing with the Rep Manager.

Resale of Service

As part of these Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Medicprint.com Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Changes to the Services

Any enhancements or additions to the Services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless Medicprint.com. expressly states otherwise. Medicprint.com may introduce further sets of specific terms and conditions for specific services as appropriate, or amend existing specific terms and conditions. Medicprint.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice. In such a situation Medicprint.com will make reasonable effort to ensure that the customer's order is not compromised however Medicprint.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Indemnification

The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Medicprint.com and its parent company harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims against Medicprint.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns.

General Information

Medicprint.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at their sole discretion without stating reasons.

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Medicprint.com and govern the customer's use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between the customer and Medicprint.com. The customer is also subject to additional Terms and Conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
